Question: Where do you make your shirts?
We hand tailor all of our shirts in Singapore. The process is managed by master tailors and stringently overseen by the Lodge & King quality assurance team. Singapore is one of the most modern and economically advanced countries in the world, guaranteeing that all of our shirts are made within an excellent working environment.
Question: Where do your fabrics come from?
We source our fabrics from the world renowned ‘Tessitura Monti S.p.A’ in Italy. All current Lodge & King fabrics are from their exclusive ‘Dogi il Pronto’ range of premium quality Egyptian cottons and are considered to be some of the finest in the world. All you need is this website, a tape measure and someone to assist you. We recommend that you order our
Starter Pack containing a tape measure, measureup booklet and our latest fabric swatches. When you have your pack you will be ready to take your measurements, touch and feel our fabrics then register with Lodge & King to start ordering.

Starter Pack, which consists of a tape measure, a measureup booklet and our latest fabrics swatches. One will be sent to you within 5 working days.
Question: What style of fit are your shirts?
Our ‘Standard Fit’ follows the line of your body without providing unwanted excess fabric. It allows room to move while still looking unmistakably ‘made to measure’.
Our ‘Generous Fit’ is also cut and tailored to match your physique while allowing for a more generous amount of movement and additional comfort. It is perfect for a larger frame.
Our ‘Slim Fit’ is accurately cut to match your body, with just the right amount of room for movement and comfort.
Question: Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes you can. Just click
here to go to the Gift Voucher product page. There are several different values to choose from or you can just enter a dollar amount of your choice.
Question: How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
Please order our products as normal and when you get to the checkout you will be asked to enter the Gift Voucher code where indicated. The amount of the Gift Voucher will be deducted from your total bill.
Question: Can I use the Gift Voucher more than once if I don’t use the full amount?
Yes you can. The amount you have owing will be stored in our system. Simply enter the Gift Voucher code where requested at the checkout process every time you order a product and the amount will be deducted from each bill until there is no value left on the voucher.
Question: Where do you get your ties from?
Our ties are made by the world renowned tie manufacturer Canepa in Italy. They are 100% silk and are of the highest quality in terms of thickness and softness for knotting as well as design.
Question: What are your cufflinks made from?
Our cufflinks have been carefully selected from around the world and are made from a variety of different materials including Sterling Silver, Rhodium, Mother of Pearl and Onyx.
Question: How do I measure myself for the shirt?
There are two ways of doing this;
1. During the purchasing process you will be directed to the MeasureUp section and asked to enter in your measurements. There are very precise instructions and detailed photographs to guide you through this very simple five minute process efficiently.
2. Should you however not wish to order a shirt immediately or just want to add in your measurement details initially, you can do this by logging in and registering your details. In 'Your Account' section, select on the MeasureUp icon, and you will be able to enter in your measurements details. You will then be ready to start shopping, or your profile will be stored until you choose to start ordering your Lodge & King tailor made shirts.

Question: Will my measurement profiles be saved for future orders?
Yes they will. Your measurement details will be saved in ‘Your Account’ and will be stored until you choose to delete or change them. Alternatively, during the checkout process when you next order our products, you can either change or accept your measurement details at this stage.
Question: Do all of your shirts come with collar stiffeners?
Yes, all of our shirts come with collar bones to ensure a smart, stiff collar after every wash.
